At Urban Jiko Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse address listed on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Issues, Damages, and Exceptions

Damages and Order Errors

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at the email above so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or logistical reasons:

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special requests.

  • Personal Care: Beauty and hygiene products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or via gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Regional Rights & Refunds

European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item meets the standard return conditions (unused, tags attached, original packaging).

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  2. Approval: We will let you know if the refund was approved based on the item’s condition.

  3. Payment: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
